Services

We provide custom artwork, collaborations, and digital assets. Scope, deliverables, and timelines are confirmed in writing before work begins. Small creative adjustments are included; major changes may require additional fees.

Payments

Deposits may be required to reserve time. Final deliverables are shared after the remaining balance is received. All payments are non-refundable once final files have been delivered.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, Sims Da Vinci retains ownership of original artwork and grants you a license consistent with the project scope (personal use, commercial use, or limited rights). You may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship without written permission.

Cancellations and rescheduling

If you need to reschedule or pause a project, please notify us in writing. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a future slot at our discretion.

Warranties and liability

Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sims Da Vinci is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific project.

Disputes

Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith between the parties. If unresolved, the laws of your local jurisdiction apply, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
